At this specialty care location in Great Bend, our physicians offer medical care for a variety of gynecologic conditions and routine obstetric services, including management of labor and delivery. Physicians at this location deliver babies at the hospital on Great Bend Campus. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has designated The University of Kansas Health System Great Bend Campus as birthing-friendly. This label identifies hospitals and health systems that participate in statewide or national quality improvement for women throughout their birthing experience. We’ve also received a Gold Level status certificate in the Fourth Trimester Initiative.
