About Andrew M Hiett

Dr. Andrew (Andy) Hiett is a sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist with a passion for caring for athletes and active individuals of all ages. He combines his background as a marathoner and triathlete with his clinical expertise in sports medicine to help patients achieve their goals. He takes a personalized, holistic approach to meet patients where they are and help them return to the activities they love.

Dr. Hiett specializes in the nonsurgical management of musculoskeletal injuries utilizing a comprehensive evaluation and coordination with physical therapy in addition to offering ultrasound-guided injections, regenerative and orthobiologic procedures, and percutaneous ultrasonic tenotomy. His philosophy of care centers on individualized treatment plans that optimize recovery, prevent reinjury and empower patients to stay active throughout their lives.

Dr. Hiett is board-certified in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and sports medicine. He completed fellowship training in sports medicine at the University of Washington, where he cared for collegiate athletes across multiple sports. A lifelong Jayhawk, he completed his undergraduate degree, medical degree and residency training at the University of Kansas. He is thrilled to be back in the Midwest to serve his community.
