Charles C Jehle, Jr., MD

Kansas native and hand and plastic surgeon, Dr. Charles Jehle wants to care for those in the greater Kansas City area who have a wide variety of needs. He also enjoys teaching surgical residents and student doctors how to be safe, competent physicians.

After his advanced education and specialized training, he returned to Kansas to establish a practice with an emphasis on the full spectrum of hand surgery, including extremity reconstruction and peripheral nerve surgery. Additionally, he sees patients for cosmetic surgery and provides reconstruction for congenital differences, wounds, injuries and post-cancer surgery.

After earning his medical degree at University of Kansas, Dr. Jehle completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at Brown University in Rhode Island. And then he completed added training at University of Pennsylvania's hand and microsurgery fellowship within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has completed his Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand (CAQ Hand) and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He also acts as the Associate Residency Program Director.
