Dr. Danielle Cunningham is a radiation oncologist with expertise in the treatment of pediatric cancers as well as adults with brain tumors and sarcomas. Dr. Cunningham enjoys forming close relationships with her patients and their families. She is energized by working with a multidisciplinary team and creating individualized treatment plans using state-of-the-art technologies.
Having experience with her own family members who have undergone cancer treatment, Dr. Cunningham is familiar with the many challenges that patients and their loved ones face on their cancer journey. Dr. Cunningham approaches every patient with care and compassion as she works to maximize quality of life and overall treatment outcomes.
Dr. Cunningham trained in radiation oncology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she was able to focus on the intricacies of proton therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and other technologies to improve outcomes for her patients.
Outside of treating patients, Dr. Cunningham enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and spending time with family.
