Denise R Zwahlen, MD

Dr. Denise Zwahlen is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with a subcertification in geriatric medicine. She completed a fellowship at the University of New Mexico. She earned her medical degree from and completed her residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. She provides quality care for people 65 years and older living in the community and for those who reside in long term care or are transitioning back home after a hospital stay. She focuses on maintaining independence and making sure medications are necessary as well as properly dosed.
