Miles E Crowley, MD

Dr. Miles Crowley is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages and individualizes each person’s care to meet their needs. He spends part of his time on the health system’s gender diversity care team and cares for the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender individuals. He enjoys meeting people from all backgrounds and loves to take a wholistic approach to provide the best possible care, knowing medication is not always the right choice.

Dr. Crowley enjoys doing small, in-office procedures such as toenail removal, skin lesion biopsy, IUD insertion, Nexplanon placements and others. He also enjoys weight-loss management and nutrition coaching to promote healthy lifestyles. He feels adolescent and teenage patients are the perfect patients to begin working on healthy lifestyles and enjoys spending time with this patient population as well.

Dr. Crowley earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and then completed a 3-year family medicine residency program before joining the faculty at the University of Kansas. He also completed a master’s degree in public health during his time in medical school, focusing in on how to identify barriers patients have for receiving care and how to optimize the health of communities.
