Dr. Richard Dubinsky is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with a subcertification in neurophysiology and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He completed a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
