Sabreena J Slavin, MD

Dr. Sabreena Slavin is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She completed a fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center. Her goal is to provide patients with the most accurate neurological diagnosis and treatment options. Every case will be met using evidence-based guidelines based on current research as well as collaboration with other healthcare providers to service each individual’s unique needs.
