About Shawn B Sood

Dr. Shawn B. Sood specializes in pediatric critical care medicine and is an expert in advanced life support for children from term or near-term newborns to adolescents. Dr. Sood was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After completing his undergraduate education in New York and medical school at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., he returned home to complete his residency training. He completed his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

Dr. Sood is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in both general pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine.
