Dr. Stephen D. Obermueller is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subcertifications in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. One of his primary goals is to help his patients understand their test results and the next steps of their treatment. “When a patient comes to see me, they’re concerned as to whether they have a heart issue,” he says . “I get to the point, determine what their issues are and help them understand what testing we will do. Then, depending on their test results, we discuss next steps.”
Dr. Obermueller completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Baylor College of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School and completed his residency at Saint Luke’s Hospital.
