Tara J Grimaldi, MD

Dr. Tara Grimaldi is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. When children come to see her, she works to put them at ease and takes her time doing a thorough job. “Being a parent has helped me be a better pediatrician because I have lived the advice that I give,” says Dr. Grimaldi. “When you’ve been up in the middle of the night with a sick child you can put yourself in the shoes of the parents and know how they feel because you’ve been there. I try to put the kids at ease and take my time with them. I tell parents that I treat their children the way I would want my children to be treated and that means giving the very best care possible.

Dr. Grimaldi earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine
and completed residency in pediatrics at University of Missouri-Kansas City.
