About Vincent H Key

Dr. Vincent Key is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a subcertification in sports medicine. He completed a fellowship at Wellington Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and completed his residency at Martin Luther King-Drew Medical Center. He decided to become a doctor because he loves to help people. He grew up around the healthcare field; however, it wasn’t until college that he knew he wanted to pursue sports medicine as a profession. He was no stranger to sports injuries as a college athlete, so he became familiar with orthopedics. He wanted to be able to diagnose and treat athletes and get them back to competing.

He has a passion for treating young athletes. With four athletic children of his own, he knows the importance of treating the individual patient, not just the injury. He specializes in arthroscopic procedures and the treatment of shoulder, elbow and knee injuries for professional athletes, young athletes and weekend warriors alike. The injuries for all levels of athletes are similar, and often so are their treatment courses.
