About Yiduo Hu

Dr. Yiduo Hu is a medical oncologist focused on caring for patients with breast cancer.

He received his medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University in New York City, and his Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Before moving to Kansas City, he completed his clinical training at Yale New Haven Hospital and the Yale Cancer Center in New Haven, Connecticut.

He is also a clinician investigator whose research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of the BRCA pathway and their implications in breast cancer treatment as well as leading clinical trials. He completed his research training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institue and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
